Can I add page numbers without uploading the PDF?

Yes. This tool reads the selected PDF in your browser. The file is not sent to Firm Beacon or saved by the tool. Loading this page still makes normal website and anonymous analytics requests.

Can I choose the first page number?

Yes. Enter the number for the first PDF page. Each following page uses the next number.

Can I number a scanned PDF?

Yes. The tool adds visible text to each page, so the source PDF does not need selectable text.

What are the file limits?

The tool accepts one PDF up to 50 MiB and 50 pages. Encrypted, damaged or unsupported PDFs may fail, and larger files may need more browser memory.
