Which PDF forms work?
This tool works with standard interactive AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns. It does not fill a flat scan, XFA form or certificate-based signature field.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The selected PDF and your entries stay in browser memory. Loading this page still makes normal website and anonymous analytics requests.
What are the limits?
The tool accepts one PDF up to 25 MiB and displays up to 500 supported fields. Encrypted, damaged or unsupported PDFs may fail. Open the downloaded copy and check every field before sending it.
