What this JSON tool checks
It parses standard JSON in your browser and reports syntax errors from the browser's JSON parser. When a character position is available, the message includes its line and column.
This is a syntax check, not schema validation. It does not repair JSON, sort keys, convert XML or guarantee that another system will accept the result.
Is my JSON private?
The pasted text is processed in this page and is not sent to Firm Beacon or stored by the tool. Normal page requests and anonymous analytics still happen when the page loads. Analytics can record actions such as Format, Minify and Validate, but not the JSON content.
